The first step is to open gMail.
Click on Search Mail

Type the name, title, topic, or sender of the emails you are looking to move.

Click on the result in the drop down menu that best matches your search criteria.

Click on the check box(es) next to all search results you would like to add a label to.

Click on the check box(es) next to all search results you would like to add a label to.

Right Click on one of the highlighted emails.

With your mouse, hover Label as►

Scroll down and click on the label you want to assign or create a new label if one does not already exist.

Now that the labels are assigned you will want to archive or move them into the label you selected.
Click on the checkboxes next to the emails (if not already selected).

Click Archive.
A pop up will appear in the bottom left hand screen notifying you that your messages have been archived.

Scroll down and Click on the Label you created.

Now your emails can be found here.
