The first step is to open Calendar.
Click on Options next to the calendar you would like to share.

Click Settings and sharing

A list of all of the people with access to the calendar will be listed.
Scroll down and click Add people.

Click Add email or name

Type the name or email of the person you would like to provide access to.

Click on his/her name from the drop down menu.

Click on See all event details.

Adjust the permissions you would like to extend to the person by Clicking an option from the drop down menu.

Click Send.
That's it! You're done.
