4.6. April 7: Create Helpdesk Ticket

Tech Tuesdsay Tip: Staff and students can now submit a helpdesk ticket via the My Apps portal! Click the “Helpdesk Ticket” app link within the portal to fill out the ticket submisison form. You can still always email or call us as well - we’re here to help!
