1.1. Authentication outside PLCS
When using a PLCS device outside of the district you may experience a login page when opening your web browser.
If this happens you will see a progress bar going across the page as shown below.
Once the progress bar finishes you will need to close and re-open the browser and you will be able to use your browser as expected.
