1.2. Set Voicemail Greeting
To set a voicemail greeting:
- Press the voicemail button on the phone
- Enter the voicemail box PIN (default is the extension number, located in the upper left-hand corner of the phone screen)
- Follow the voice prompts to record a greeting (option 1 is best for recording a general unavailable message)
For generic building voicemail boxes (not assigned to an individual), simply record a greeting on a computer or phone and email it to the helpdesk. Our team will help assign that greeting to the building's main voicemail box.
If you do not know your voicemail PIN and the default does not work, please enter a helpdesk request and a staff member will retrieve it for you.
